Prior to Intellihot arrival onsite for commissioning, the following items MUST be verified by customer and/or any subcontractors directly involved with the installation of Intellihot equiptment. If an installation site fails to be completely ready for a factory start up visit, Intellihot can not guarantee the ability to commission it's own equiptment and maybe forced to schedule a subsequent visit at the customers expense.
This report must be submitted back to Intellihot, NO LATER than 14 days prior to requested commissioning date. Failure to submit report with all components confirmed and in place, can result in delay of commissioning date. Should intellihot arrive and find the site not ready, an additional revisit expense will be charged to the signing party below.
